Why partner with CableCom?

CableCom is a locally owned, trusted integrator of low voltage systems.  We deliver inspired results safely to our clients with consistent, compliant, and value-added solutions for their telecom conductivity applications. We are the Midwest’s premier design-build technology solutions partner, committed to championing our client’s project outcomes with a team of passionate and resilient problem-solvers.

Our Core Values

CableCom has delivered integrated solutions for over 25 years as a trusted certified telecom conductivity partner in countless physical business environments. We have an honest and reliable team that is passionate about linking Organizations to their customers. To connect companies, we must first seek to understand their departmental needs and individual values to the corporate mission. After that discovery, we execute on professionally designed and constructed solutions for our client partners. We have a heartfelt appreciation for our dependable team and believe if we take care of their needs, they will take care of our clients.

Safety Culture

CableCom has strictly adhered to a written safety program since its inception in 1999. Our philosophy is to take a proactive role in both team member wellness and public safety. Using proven Risk Management techniques, our program sets us apart from the competition. Our focus on safety permeates throughout the entire organization, positively affecting production, quality, and employee moral throughout the scope of all projects. CableCom has a company wide, top to bottom, drug and alcohol testing and education program that is vital to our safety program. Pre-employment testing is one of the elements responsible for the continued success of the program.  Training on wellness, situational awareness, and individual responsibility are the key elements necessary for CableCom's successful safety and lost time prevention track record.

Our employees are our most valuable assets. It is our policy that every person is entitled to a safe and healthy place to work.

Project Management

Every telecommunication project we perform, large or small, is assigned a qualified CableCom Project Manager to ensure its successful completion. The Project Management Team maintains the professional skills required to complete diverse projects by attending training sessions in many disciplines, including outside plant and structured cabling solutions.

We select the Project Management Team best-suited to complete your specific project standard.  This includes a Foreman, Lead Technician, and Support Technicians. This team works closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting Departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

CableCom Project Managers perform the necessary coordination work, from site visits and scheduling to preparing final documentation for each project. By establishing a single point of contact, we are better able to provide focused communication and service delivery for every client experience.
